Anatolii Volodymyrovych Peshko

President of the agro-industrial company Nadbuzhzhya Plus. Anatolii Volodymyrovych Peshko was born on February 12, 1963, in Korostyshiv, Zhytomyr region, into a family of doctors. Continuing his parents' business, he entered Kyiv Medical University (now the Bogomolets National Medical University), graduating with honors in 1986 and was elected a Lenin Scholar.

Anatolii Volodymyrovych Peshko was born on February 12, 1963, in Korostyshiv, Zhytomyr region, into a family of doctors. Continuing his parents' business, he entered Kyiv Medical University (now Bogomolets National Medical University), graduating with honors in 1986 and was elected a Lenin Scholar. He then worked and studied in clinical residency and postgraduate studies at the university.

After defending his PhD thesis, he continued to work as an assistant at the Department of Internal Medicine No. 1 of Kyiv Medical University. From 1994 to 1999, he combined work and studies at the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, where he received a second degree in Banking. In 1997, he qualified as a specialist in securities trading. In 1999, he defended his doctoral dissertation on “State regulation of entrepreneurship in the period of transition to the market.”

Scientific Activity

The scientific activity of A.V. Peshko was highly appreciated by the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine. Thus, at the general meeting of the Academy in 2005, he was elected Vice President and Head of the Kyiv Regional Branch of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine. In 2017, he was elected an academician of the Academy of Social Management of Ukraine. Since 2017, he has been a political expert at the Ukrainian Institute for Policy Analysis and Management. A.V. Peshko is the author of more than 100 publications in the economic and medical fields, including the monographs “State Regulation of Entrepreneurship in the Period of Transition to the Market,” “Formation and Development of the Real Economy in Ukraine,” “Investment Activity in Ukraine,” “Balanced Scorecard in Forming the Development Strategy of Organizations and Enterprises.”

In August 2017, the book “Out of the Darkness” was published, which presents a paradigm for preventing the social and economic collapse of Ukraine. It is a biographical and political-psychological essay about the search by scientist, businessman, and public activist Anatolii Peshko for a way out of the multifaceted crisis. The book was published with the support of The Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine, the Academy of Social Management, scientific and creative organizations, whose active member is the hero of this work. The team of 11 authors who wrote the historical and biographical book dedicated to Academician A.V. Peshko was awarded a diploma in the nomination “Professional Edition.” In December 2017, the book “Abstracts of Academician A.V. Peshko” was published.

For significant achievements in scientific activity, he was awarded the medal named after the first president of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine M.G. Chumachenko, the gold medal named after M.I. Tugan Baranovsky of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine. He was awarded the Ivan Pului Medal, the Mykola Dubyna Medal, the Yaroslav the Wise Medal, the Ivan Krypiakevych Medal, the St. Volodymyr Medal, and the Academy of Social Management Medal for significant achievements and many years of work in the field of science, for merits in the development of education, science, and economics.
He has also been awarded the Zhukov Medal, the "10 Years of the Armed Forces of Ukraine" medal, and the Gold Medal of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine. For his attention to ecclesiastical merits and assistance to sick children and the elderly, he has been honored with the Orders of Saint Agapetus of Pechersk (III degree), Saint Equal-to-the-Apostles Prince Vladimir, the Order of the Nativity of Christ, and others.
